The operator of personal data processing is Andrey Melnikov, individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation (OGRNIP 322784700195980), operating the Playbuba project (the "Site", playbuba.com).

The Site is a free online game catalogue. We do not require registration. We do not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers from visitors.

Automatically collected by your browser when you visit the Site:

• IP address — used to detect country/city for analytics, anti-fraud, and to deliver region-appropriate ads. • User-agent — browser and device type. • Approximate location — country and city derived from IP via offline geo-database. • Referrer — the URL from which you arrived (e.g. google.com, tiktok.com). • Browser language — first language from your Accept-Language header. • Device performance signals — screen size, orientation, fullscreen events.

Stored in your browser:

• playbuba_lang cookie — your chosen interface language (1 year). • playbuba_visitor_id (localStorage) — anonymous random UUID used for vote-stuffing protection and analytics aggregation (1 year). • playbuba_consent (localStorage) — your consent record for the cookie banner. • Per-game save data — each game stores its own progress in localStorage / IndexedDB, isolated by game origin. We never read this data on our servers.

Behavioural data we record on our servers:

• Page views and the games you played. • Heartbeat playtime (how many seconds you actively spent in a game). • Vote actions (likes / dislikes), tied to your visitor_id.

• Operating the Site — serving pages, loading games, remembering your language preference. • Anti-fraud — preventing one visitor from voting many times on the same game. • Analytics — aggregated statistics on visitors, popular games and average playtime, used solely to improve the Site. We do not sell or share these statistics with third parties. • Advertising — when ads are enabled, third-party ad networks (see below) may receive your IP and identifiers in order to serve ads. • Legal compliance — keeping a record of your consent (152-FZ, GDPR/ePrivacy).

For visitors in the European Union (GDPR, ePrivacy Directive):

• Strictly necessary cookies and operational data — performance of a contract / our legitimate interest in delivering the requested service. • Analytics and advertising — your explicit consent (the cookie banner).

For visitors in the Russian Federation (Federal Law 152-FZ "On Personal Data"):

• Your consent given through the cookie banner constitutes consent under Art. 9 of 152-FZ. The consent is recorded with timestamp, IP and visitor_id and stored as evidence.

For visitors elsewhere — equivalent legal bases under local law.

Strictly necessary (always active, no consent required under ePrivacy Art. 5(3) exemption):

• playbuba_lang — interface language preference. • playbuba_visitor_id — anti-fraud identifier. • playbuba_consent — your consent record.

Non-essential (require consent):

• Cookies and identifiers placed by advertising networks when ads are enabled. • Analytics cookies, if introduced in the future.

Games embedded as iframes may set their own localStorage / IndexedDB entries for game progress. These are isolated by the game's origin and are not accessible to us.

We monetise the Site through ads supplied by:

• Yandex Advertising Network (РСЯ) — for the Russian-speaking audience. Yandex receives your IP address, user-agent, approximate location, the page URL, and may set its own cookies. See https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/

• Playgama Ads — an ad mediation platform that aggregates Western ad networks. Playgama and its sub-publishers receive the same set of technical signals. See https://playgama.com/privacy

When you click "Reject non-essential" on our cookie banner we instruct these networks to serve only non-personalised ads (less relevant ads, lower revenue, but no behavioural targeting).

We share data only with the parties strictly required to operate the Site:

• Hosting provider — Yandex Cloud (Russian Federation), where our servers run. • Object storage / CDN — Yandex Object Storage and Yandex CDN, hosting game files. • Advertising partners listed above.

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone. We do not share data with marketing brokers, data aggregators or social networks.

Our servers are located in the Russian Federation. Data of users from outside Russia is transferred to and stored on Russian territory. By using the Site you consent to this transfer.

When ads are served, your data may also be transferred to servers operated by ad networks in their respective jurisdictions (Russia for Yandex; potentially the United States, EU and elsewhere for Playgama sub-networks).

• Detailed analytics events — 12 months, then deleted or aggregated. • Vote records — until the vote is changed or the game is deleted. • Consent records — 3 years from the date of consent (Russian limitation period for personal-data claims). • playbuba_visitor_id — 1 year in your browser, refreshed on each visit.

You can delete all our cookies and localStorage entries by clearing site data in your browser at any time.

You may at any time:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you. • Request correction or erasure of that data. • Withdraw your consent (click "Manage cookies" in the footer to change your choice). • Object to processing or request its restriction. • Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (Roskomnadzor in Russia; your national DPA in the EU).

To exercise these rights, email alga_snows_06@icloud.com from any address you wish us to use for verification, including your visitor_id (visible in your browser's localStorage as "playbuba_visitor_id") if you want us to locate your specific records.

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Site contains games with age recommendation 16+ (per Russian law 436-FZ). Use of the Site by minors is permitted only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. For significant changes (new data categories, new partners, new purposes) we will show the cookie banner again so you can review and re-consent.
